REVIVE 2018 Reflection
REVIVE, which began in 2011, is an annual student-initiated event offering an extended time of praise, worship and prayer. REVIVE 2018 took place on June 29, with the theme 'Amazing Love', which was prayerfully chosen by the Student Planning Committee.
It was truly an exciting night, with the participated of about 300 students from the ACS schools, as well as many other school outside the ACS fraternity. A spirit-filled worship was evident as our worship team led the congregation with great passion and sensitivity. The presence of God was strongly felt as Reverend Benjamin Lee of Wesley Methodist Church ministered to us through the various segment, 'Born of God', 'Know God', 'Love One Another'.
The evening culminated in a call for re-dedication and deeper surrender to God, and many came forward. It was undoubtedly God's amazing love that touched so many of us, and we could sense that God was calling our generation to move in unity into our schools and the community, to make Him known. To God be the glory and may the hearts that have been set aflame continue to serve Him unreservedly.
